Due to the nature of digital products and customized services, all advance payments are generally non-refundable once the project has commenced.

Refund requests, if any, will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and solely at the discretion of LN Digital Services.

No refunds will be provided after the final project has been delivered or approved by the client.

If a project is cancelled before work begins, any refund decision will be made based on the work completed and applicable administrative costs.
