We provide Website Design, WordPress Development, eCommerce Development, SEO, Google & Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, Google Business Profile Optimization, Graphic Design and related digital services.

Clients must provide all required content, images, logo, domain, hosting, login credentials, business details, social media access, Google account access and any other information required for the project.

50% advance is required before work begins. The remaining payment must be completed before final delivery. Payments may be made using supported payment methods. Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or cancellation of the project.

Delivery depends on project scope and requirements. SEO and Digital Marketing are monthly services. Delays caused by missing information or approvals may affect delivery.

Up to two rounds of revisions are included within the agreed project scope. Additional revisions or scope changes may incur extra charges and revised timelines.

Website ownership transfers after full payment. Source files are not included unless agreed separately. LN Digital Services may display completed work in its portfolio.

Clients are responsible for purchasing and renewing their domain and hosting. We do not provide domain or hosting unless agreed separately.

One week of free support is provided after project delivery. Ongoing maintenance and support are available as paid services.

We may use third-party platforms including WordPress, Google, Meta and other providers. We are not responsible for their downtime, policy changes or service interruptions.

Users must not misuse our website or services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, malicious or copyright-infringing activities.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment, abusive behaviour, fraudulent activity or breach of these terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LN Digital Services shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Clients are responsible for decisions made using our services and for maintaining their own backups, accounts and renewals.

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, government actions or similar events.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Rewa, Madhya Pradesh shall have jurisdiction unless otherwise required by law.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
